Introduction

Welcome to Damath Offline and Online ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile application that digitizes the Filipino educational math board game Damath. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Damath Offline and Online application, including all features, game modes, online services, and related content (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read both documents carefully before using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Damath Offline and Online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Eligibility

Damath Offline and Online is designed for players of all ages, as it is an educational math game. However:

• If you are under 13 years of age, you may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• By creating an account with Google Sign-In, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental consent.

Use of the Service is void where prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

User Accounts

You may use Damath Offline and Online as a guest or as a registered user. Registered accounts are created through Google Sign-In and allow you to access online multiplayer, rankings, tournaments, and persistent progress across devices.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
• You must provide accurate information, including the Google account used for sign-in.
• You may choose a username that represents you in-game. Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on any third-party rights.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Google Sign-In Authentication

Damath Offline and Online uses Google Sign-In to allow users to authenticate securely without creating a separate password. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access the basic profile information provided by Google (such as your name and email address) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your Google account credentials are never stored on our servers — authentication is handled entirely by Google.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
• We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from a compromise of your Google credentials.
• You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.

Gameplay and Online Services

Damath Offline and Online offers multiple game modes:

• Offline (VS Computer) — Play against an AI opponent. No internet connection required.
• Online Multiplayer — Play ranked or unranked matches against other players in real time via our servers. Requires an internet connection and a registered account.
• Tournaments — Participate in single-elimination tournaments, including custom tournaments created by players.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game mode or feature at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for significant changes to core gameplay features.

Online services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, connection issues, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Virtual Currency and Purchases

Damath Offline and Online features a virtual coin system ("Coins") used within the Service. Coins may be earned through gameplay (such as daily logins, winning matches, or watching optional rewarded ads) and may be used for in-game activities such as tournament entry fees.

• Coins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent.
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify the coin economy, including earning rates, costs, and available uses, at any time.
• If the Service introduces real-money purchases (e.g., to purchase Coins or unlock features), such purchases will be subject to additional terms displayed at the time of purchase and processed through the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the refund policy of the applicable app store.

User Conduct

By using Damath Offline and Online, you agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized software or tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Manipulate matches, rankings, or ratings through collusion, win-trading, or any other deceptive means.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other players.
• Use offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate usernames or profile content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or infrastructure supporting the Service.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading bans or gaining unfair advantages.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, removal from leaderboards, forfeiture of Coins, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Damath Offline and Online — including but not limited to the application code, graphics, game design, sound effects, music, user interface, logos, and branding — are owned by or licensed to Damath Offline and Online and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• The name "Damath" refers to the Filipino educational board game and is used within the context of educational application development. We respect the cultural heritage of the game and its educational purpose.

Third-Party Services

Damath Offline and Online integrates certain third-party services to provide its functionality, including:

• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob — for optional rewarded advertisements. Subject to Google's advertising policies.
• App Distribution Platforms — Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS), subject to their respective terms.

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Damath Offline and Online is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Damath Offline and Online and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual currency, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your account.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful content transmitted through the Service.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content provided through the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, cheating, hacking, exploit abuse, inappropriate behavior, or any conduct that harms other players or the integrity of the Service.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We may delete your account data, including Coins, rankings, and game history, without compensation.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

You may also terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application and requesting account deletion through our Account Deletion page.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through the application or by email (if you have provided one).

Your continued use of Damath Offline and Online after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
